Not all humans in this world are hunters, some live with royals and help with daily chores and other services in return for there safety. Humans are very rare in here so they’re always in danger from blood thirsty creatures who would rather have a human then any other creature due to their rich and pure blood. So you can image just how short there life span would be unless they wore grated atirnal life from a god or deity.
